MLA Association organizes product training at T&P FreshFoods

Recently, T&P FreshFoods collaborated with the Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) Association to hold a training session on the topic: "Exploring Australian Beef and Lamb." The training took place at the headquarters of T&P FreshFoods, located at 25 Gia Quat, Thuong Thanh Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. The aim was to update and address any questions for the sales team of T&P FreshFoods regarding knowledge about Australian red meat.

The training was attended by representatives from Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA), and T&P FreshFoods was represented by seven branches nationwide: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Nghe An, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Ho Chi Minh City.

The sales team and staff of T&P FreshFoods received updates and added valuable new knowledge about the Australian red meat sector, including:  
- Introduction to Australia's red meat industry  
- Overview of the production system and processes for Australian meat  
- Introduction to various cuts of Australian beef and lamb  
- Guidance on how to process and utilize certain cuts of beef/lamb.
 

The training session was very successful and fruitful 

The training was very successful and productive. It was both an opportunity for the sales team of T&P FreshFoods to meet and interact with the Association and gain a deeper understanding of the leading red meat industry in Australia. Additionally, it opened new pathways for future collaboration between the MLA Association and T&P FreshFoods. We hope that in the near future, T&P FreshFoods will make significant breakthroughs in the imported meat food business to provide valuable solutions for consumers in the Vietnamese market.
