Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Fees

- Our delivery fee is not fixed. It depends on the factors of order value, volume, distance,... specified in the order or contract with Customers.

- For orders delivered by a 3rd party carrier, the delivery fee will be calculated according to the price of this party.

2. Delivery Areas

T&P FreshFoods delivers goods throughout Vietnam by an extensive distribution and branch system. Therefore, customers can completely contact us to place orders whenever you have a demand for the product.

3. Delivery Time

The delivery time will be based on the agreement between T&P and customers and we are committed to delivering the goods on time as agreed. In case having a delay due to force majeure reasons, we will give specific notice to the customer.

4. Division for responsibilities of traders and logistics companies for providing goods documents during the delivery process

For orders delivered by the logistics companies, they have responsibility to provide proof of delivery (photo and consignee signature) to the buyer and seller upon request.

5. Goods inspection and co-checking policy

T&P FreshFoods allows customers to check the goods at the time of receipt. In case the goods have problems or do not guarantee the quality, we will be responsible for exchanging or returning the goods based on the original agreements on the supply of goods.
