- 200g Oushii beef (You can use either Oushii striploin or Oushii top blade)

- Cooking oil, butter.

How to cook:

- Step 1: Thaw the Oushii beef (It is recommended to thaw about 70-80%, not completely thawed).

- Step 2: You can use a skillet or grill, preheat it, and then lightly coat it with butter (or oil).

- Step 3: Once the skillet is hot, place the Oushii beef into the pan, ensuring the entire surface of the meat makes contact with the cooking surface. Sear each side for about 2 minutes, then let the meat rest for 30 seconds. Sear each side again for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your preferred doneness.
