1. Return time
- For wholesale customers, the return and exchange policy is clearly specified in the contract or sales document signed between the parties.
- For retail orders, T&P FreshFoods return policy is applied within a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of receipt.
2. Conditions for exchange and return
The products exchanged and returned are specified in the following cases:
- The product you received is incorrect in quantity, size, quality, and information compared to the order.
- The product still has original stamps, labels, and status but has technical errors caused by the manufacturer or errors caused by the transportation process (such as deformation, cracking, damage, etc.)
Customers must be able to provide photos and videos of defective products that need to be returned.
3. Exchange process

- Step 2: Provide information about the product to be exchanged and returned.
- Step 3: Depending on the case, we will process the exchange and return at your location or please bring the product to T&P FreshFoods branch to be processed at the soonest
T&P fully bears all costs incurred in exchanging goods process for customers (for cases under the conditions of exchange).
